Cancelation policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If your event is canceled due to rain or inclement weather, you have the option to reschedule your event to another date. Reschedules are subject to our availability. In the event that Sno’d Shaved Ice has to cancel your event, a full refund will be provided to the original form of payment. 

Setup Location

We can set up our cart and snow cone station at most venues and backyards. We ask for a 100% clear path to the desired setup spot within your venue. This means smooth, flat surfaces throughout our path to set up. If your event venue has any of the following, we may not be able to set up in your requested location:

• Long stretches of grass
• Uneven surfaces
• Gravel, dirt or rocky paths

We are able to set up office buildings and venues with elevators. 

The safety and comfort of our employees is very important to us. If your event is outdoors we require our employees to be in a shaded area. If you do not have a shaded area, we will provide a 10ft x 10ft tent for them to operate underneath. 

If we arrive at your event venue and it has any of the above listed obstructions, we reserve the right to refuse setup over obstructed surfaces and will find alternative locations for set up in your venue. 

Power Supply

For events with less than 125 guests, we typically do not need a power supply and have our own power source. The power source does not produce gas fumes or any noise. For events with more than 125 guests, we will need a power supply to provide service throughout the event. 

Arrival and Setup

For setup, we schedule our team to arrive at event venues 30 minutes prior to the start time of service. The setup time is not part of the service time and is designated just for the unload/setup of our equipment. If your setup time takes longer than 30 minutes, your service time will not be extended.
